Ceol Designs was founded by web designer Seán Mc Elwain in late 2006. Having successfully combined work as a professional musician, with the group Téada, and as a web designer over the past 5 years, Seán saw an opportunity to set up a web design studio that would help musicians and people in creative industries, promote themselves on the web.
